Satin (rolls)

Nylon (rolls)

RESIN ribbon (for textiles)

Satin, nylon and RESIN ribbon — one page, grouped. Satin is smooth and glossy (brand labels). Nylon is more matte and technical — for thermal-transfer printers. RESIN is the textile ribbon (not WAX).

  • Satin — white rolls for clean sew-in labels
  • Nylon — 15 / 30 / 40 mm × 200 m
  • RESIN ribbon — same width as the material

Frequently asked questions

How is satin different from nylon?

Satin is ideally smooth textile with a soft gloss — for premium-looking sew-in brand labels. Nylon is denser and more matte, designed for stable printing on thermal-transfer printers where mechanical strength and frequent washing matter.

Why RESIN ribbon instead of WAX?

RESIN is the ribbon made for textiles and synthetics: resin bonds to the fibre and survives wash, abrasion and heat. WAX is for paper TT labels — on satin/nylon WAX rubs off. That is why satin and RESIN are usually bought as a same-width kit.

Can I print satin on my existing label printer?

Yes if it is thermal-transfer (uses ribbon), not direct thermal. It must accept RESIN ribbon and your satin roll width. Unsure about the model (TSC, Zebra, Godex, etc.)? Send the serial — we confirm compatibility and consumables.

Does the label fray when cut?

With hot-cut, the satin edge melts and does not fray — some widths are marked non-fray. Cold cutting can fuzz the yarn; for garment production we recommend hot cutting or labels already printed and cut by us.
