RESIN ribbon — for synthetics and textile labels (satin). More durable than WAX. Widths 25 / 30 / 40 mm × 300 m. Quote on request.
RESIN is the ribbon made for textiles (satin, nylon) and synthetics. Unlike WAX (paper), resin bonds to the fibre so the print survives washing, abrasion, moisture and higher heat — what sew-in garment labels need.
Not for textiles. WAX works on thermal-transfer paper; on satin it prints weakly and rubs off. For textile labels take RESIN at the same width as the material. Keep WAX for paper TT labels.
Ribbon must cover the print area — usually the same width as the satin roll (or very close), otherwise you get unprinted strips. If you already own the printer, also check core diameter and max ribbon length.
RESIN gives strong contrast on white satin (black or colour) and stays readable after washes. It is not a substitute for screen-print chest logos — it is the standard for composition, size and brand labels in the seam.
